Hello to all.*200th Sentai is a dedicated squadron which flying in FULL RAELISM settings on ki84 Ib Hayate "Frank".We have few people onboard an all are POLISH(sqn is based in POLAND)when we started recruiting proces we werent up to recruit only POLISH people but it happend(just like this!)thats the reson that we transfered sqn only to be a place for POLISH people who are interested in japanese aviation.Be sure we are not closing the gate for any foreign who have wish to join us but any one foreign will be "alone" for now so we think only some one who really want join will be in ofcourse after trial period.Here in 200th we are virtual pilots or airmen NOT A PLAYER OR GAMERS anyone who cant understand this is not welcome here and propable will not match with our PILOT"S PROFILE.WE are F.I.S.C (www.gofics.com) the member of community who flying in this sim AS REAL AS IT GETS.Our pilots are hardly trained,strictly no one will be a 200th pilot without pass trainings in here like a tight or loosen formations(like AI and real pilots in WWII)or wingman tactisc offencive and defencive maneuvers and team cooperating.We always trying to be together in the air if its possible its a main rule in this sqn You can find us in OKINAWA_1945 or BURMA_1945 server almost aevery day between 8PM~12PM GMT+1 time or at our web sit www.200thsentai.com. Good IJA or IJN squadrons are rare!
But often a problem is the language barrier or differant time zone!
And real though luck if you fly IJA/IJN bombers.

Here in Germany interest in the PTO is very small unfortunately.
