Stop by the forums (click on the pic) of the Fightin' Irish on the way and meet a fine mess o'mates. We have several, okay, one and a half Swedes in the squadron. We fly all the time and have two historic campaigns running on Fridays and Sundays. We'll help you get set up and answer any questions you may have.

Though I'm a firm believer in being a member of a squadron as without question enhances the simulation 100 fold, I'd suggest you take the time and consider each squadron carefully. Visit their sites, fly with each that inspires you online a bit and get to know them and their demeanor.

It's important they fit your needs and you theirs. Folks are often too anxious to join a squadron and in kind squadrons too anxious to fill their rosters.............After the fact a poor time to decide if you're a good match for one another.

A good place to start would be This Thread . There you will find squadrons active enough to check here though there are many others yet unfortunately the "squadron page" is a maze of dead links or no longer active units...
