Hello to all
My self and an other pilot are looking to form a new Allied squad based in Australia, recruiting members to help build the foundations. We are almost 18 and experienced pilots in the game. We
have good attitudes and encourage teamwork.

We are looking for pilots who can meet the training and flight times we set which are Wednesday and Friday officially at 7pm EST and
other weekdays and weekend for just casual flying. (Flying full real conditions)

If there are experience pilots who are familiar with BnZ techniques fighter tactics or anything similar you are invited to join.

Also you are new to the game you are welcome to join as we are building from the ground up. If anyone has any skills as in Mission building Skinning etc to add to the immersion of the game that would be much appreciated.

The responsibility of the squad will be share equally for the founding members and together we can have a great realistic team experience.Age is not a factor for us so anyone can join.

Welcome to the fold!

I can tell you from experience that running a Squad can be very hard at times; expect a rocky road. When things go right, though, it's a very good feeling. I am honoured to have been the CO of Vultures Row for a year before I went travelling.

I suspect that many Squads are doing as you plan - to run the Squad with a team of pilots. Vultures Row uses the same system; although we do have clear CO and XO positions, a team of pilots discusses and decides on key issues for the Squad.

Thanks, i myself have been in a squad an know that one person running everything will not work. I hope to get everyone involved to running the squad, make sit more enjoyable. If we can get people running different areas of the squad that would be good too, as in training etc.
