HEY i am hinton i am getting the IL-2 Game soon and when i get the game i am going to join a Squad.

I am 16 years old and i live in England.i would like to be in the British/German/USA Squad but not Japan.

I also like to be in a Realistic squad,use ranks Etc.

Well, first off - you;ll probably get a LOT of offers so take time to check them all out and see if they are right for you!

With that in mind id like to present you with II./JG53 - a co-op squadron with ranks and awards. We are a friendly bunch who prefer to fly as a team against the AI, but we do have dog fights and mess arounds quite often!
We have 2 staffels based on geographical location, with our biggest being Weisse - UK and europe section.

Hi, You can check out EAF (European Airforce) we recruit from 16 upwards and have 3 British Squadrons, 19, 92 and 602. We also have other squadrons from all over europe plus a few US pilots.

We have ranks and offer 4 weeks training for new recruits. This includes everything you'll need to get you to a good standard of flying.

We are also probably the largest Allied Squadron, with 70+ members. We play full realism, but we like a laff as well.

We fly online wars and Brigstocks excellent Scorched Earth campaigns(such as the recent Battle of Britain with 20+ pilots taking on the luftwaffe). Also in 602 we fly Joe90's DCG's and do a little training or dogfighting for warmup.

how do you play this game online lol i have it but i dont on how to get online.

I have brought Pacfic Fighters but i fink it has FB on it.

You'll need "IL2 1946" to fly online, then you'll need 2 patches for it to get to version 4.08.

Pacific fighters is too old sorry

56 Squadron RAF do not have age limits, just behaviour limits

A bit of maturity, a sense of fun and camaraderie, a liking for doing it 'as it was' and reasonably regular attendance is all we ask.

We fly as close to 'full switch' (realistic) as we can find on Hyperlobby and on our own server.

You can fly Pacific Fighters on line through Hyperlobby but not many people do. You really need IL2 1946 to get more out of on line play options.

Have a look at the various squads offered in your thread, visit their websites, including ours, and decide who you would like to steer you into this online sim. There's quite a bit to set up which would be daunting if I listed it. Better to get online in Teamspeak or whatever your chosen squad uses and let them/us talk you through it. That way comes a lot easier.

You'll need a fairly good spec PC to run the game and you might want to post your PC spec here for helpful comment.
