Hi all. This is my first post here, and unfortuantely, it's not a happy one.
I have always bought Ubisoft games, but lately, they've been letting me down. In particular, I've been let down by King Kong. Where are the online codes for the extras? I cannot find them anywhere. The website as indicated on the game (www.kingkonggame.com) doesn't work anymore, and the link on the Ubi website doesn't work either! Where can I get these codes? Thanks for any help. Regards, Mike. |

wow
So on a forum with 500 or so people online at once, I get 9 views and no replies? Geez.... |

Could it be because the "500 or so people online at once" don't have those codes or never have played your game.
Have you tried a Google search ? Btw, when you did login in here did you read "all" the new posts from all the forums on this site ? |

Hi Panzer, just for future reference those online numbers reflect those viewing the entire board not just this forum, thread viewing numbers also include how many times you've read the thread However one of those previous viewers was me, and I have contacted someone to try and find the information you're after. I'll let you know as soon as I get a reply back |

Thanks a lot Ms Kleaneasy. This has put my mind at ease.

I just the other day beat this game and I have NOT been able to find these "Online Codes" either. FYI, it did NOT affect the achievements by not getting these codes. As long as you get the required amount of points after completion of the game you still get all the achievement points, so I got the 1K points. However, you will NOT be able to use the "Horizontal Flip" or see the "Philippa Boyens Interview" without the two online codes.

This is the closest that I came to getting to the online codes... http://kingkong.ubi.com/uk/home.php
I entered my Internet Codes, after being logged into ubi.com, and was directed to update my information and then it locked up... So no luck from me either... |

Sorry for the slow return on this one, we've contacted the appropriate persons to let them know of the issue and they're looking into it. IN the meantime they're said to use http://kingkong.ubi.com which will work
EDIT - just realised whatsthemeaning beat me to it lol |

ms-kleaneasy,
I thank you for the help and the credit in the above post. However, what I was trying to say is that even going to this website directly does NOT work for getting the Online Codes... I was properly signed in and I painstakingly typed in the appropriate alphanumeric online code with upper and lower case letters EXACTLY as it says in my game. Then it directs me to update my information, which I did, and then it says "GO" but promptly locks up. However, you do NOT even have to have an exact code from the game to try this frustrating, round-robin phenomenom out for your self. I typed in random information for the online code and still experienced the same phenomenon, so please verify yourself... Take it easy... |

I'll pass that on and hopefully they can get it sorted asap

I used to own this game on the PS2, and I didn't recall there being any online codes. I suppose you must have the X-Box 360 version. That would be the only one I feel logically would offer anything like that. I did enjoy the game when I had it. I had hoped for a sequel or something down the road. I really liked the Kong part mechanics in the game where he would grab things and swing around, climb vine walls and leap off Prince of Persia style. It was a blast of a game as I was a Godzilla fan and liked those Atari Godzilla games. Well I hope you get your codes. My Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Smash Up Friend Code is: 4125-4383-5481 (screen name is SQUIRT) I play: Will play Donatello and Fugitoid. (Hopeful for Bebop and Leatherhead) Super Smash Bros. Brawl Friend Code is: 2062-8906-9981. I play Pokemon Trainer. |

Timothy2035,
You are correct that I was talking about the Xbox 360 version of the game. I also think that PanzerPiggy was talking about the Xbox 360 version of King Kong as well. I did NOT realize that the other versions of King Kong did NOT have the online codes in the game. I will try to be more diligent in future posts to remember to post the system version of the game that I am using. Thanks... |

dude since you cant find the codes why dont you just use the cheats? On the main menu hold L1 + R1 and input DOWN, CIRCLE, UP, SQUARE, DOWN, DOWN, UP, UP. When the shoulder keys are released, an extra cheat menu will appear. While playing, input the following codes via the cheat menu for the following effects:
8wonder ... Invulnerability (damage visual still present). GrosBras ... One-hit deaths on. KK 999 mun ... Space between each word. Adds 999 rounds to current weapon magazine. lance 1nf ... 1 is numeric one, space between words. Press reload to summon lance. KKcapone ... Current weapon becomes submachinegun. KKtigun ... Current weapon becomes handgun. KKsn1per ... 1 is numeric one. Current weapon becomes bolt action rifle. Input the following codes on the main menu for higher game functions: KKst0ry ... 0 is numeric zero. Unlock all chapters. KKmuseum ... Unlocks all extras. THERE. theres all the ones you could ever possibly need the last one should be your favorite |
