Its because not that many people know of this place, and those that do aren't necessarily that artistic and/or don't care about forum banners

Seriously i was expecting this place to become the most popular ubi forum, or well

this forum was never going to be the most popular, it seems to have stricter rules and you cant talk about any game that already has it's own forum, meaning most people will stay around the game forums.

My opinion, this forum serves the purpose. When we talk about the existing games then it's true that those other specific game threads are the place to be, otherwise the game specific discussion will be scattered everywhere, however, I do agree that the rules somehow a bit too strict and locking threads for some positive topics (unfortunately most of those topics were specific Ubi games related) will make people turning away from it.

At the end, I do agree that people may just stick with their game specific forum environment who probably feel more comfy with the people who they know through those forums already.

I think the Moderators of this General Forum need to make better marketing strategy so people are aware of this forum, fun with cool activities and also make it friendlier
