I try and ask a question in the support site and it tells me there is an error with the site when I log in - both firefox and IE.
It is a different screen from if I put the wrong password, so it is not my typing. I tried to go the 'notify webmaster' route, but it does the same thing.

Sorry to hear you're having problems. In the past the error message was the same if the wrong login details were submitted, Ubi had hoped to address this and it seems from your post that they have.

As you're sure its not a login issue I would suggest you contact me in PT with your email address and the issue you're trying to contact support about. I can then pass this on and hopefully we can get to the bottom of the problem for you
