i went to all the viewpoints in damascus before i got my assignment, now i cant locate the investigations like pickpocket or eavesdrop..how do i find them? do i have to start over?

Did you guys get the veiw points for poor, middle, and rich district? Otherwise i wouldnt know how to fix your problem.
