ok first off I have a 9400 GT NVIDIA Geforce card with 1GB bus, 3.0GHZ AMD Phenom II X2 545, 6Gigs of DDR3, Windows 7 perfessional 64bit, I have the game running in 1280 x 1024 75mhz. I had this game running in windows xp, service pack 3...and it ran just fine, no video issues, ran perfect. I upgraded to windows 7 64bit and now the video is a little jumpy when I'm riding a horse or when i syncronize on a tower....Same componets to my computer...same computer, different windows. I tried disabling aero, no change....what do I do? I updated my video driver, i tried messing with setting for video in the game....i don't get it. Help please

it's possible it's a problem with Windows 7 as it is showing a lot of problems with games.

I already updated the video card online. I have the most current version. I am sure that there is a fix for it because all my other games run fine. Asssassins runs pretty well just not at the same level it ran when i had windows xp. Thats the strange thing.

quite a few games are showing that outcome for windows 7, my advice would be if you can live with it just ignore it for now as it may get patched later (by MS or Nvidia), if you start messing round with setting when they do fix it the fix could make the problem even worse.

Iam not sure what you mean by jumpy, but my case is: I have W7 64-bit and everything in the game moves fast forward. Its annoying and my eyes start to hurt after a couple of minutes of gameplay. I used to play it on Vista with no issues. So as caswall. mentioned, we just have to wait for a patch and new drivers which may help I hope.

I notice some fast forwardness with the talking sometimes...but generally it moves fine. That has to suck though. The jumpy ness is when i'm riding the horse really fast, the horse kind of pauses ...its not smooth, and it used to be with xp. yeah i think i'm out of luck, i'll just have to wait for a patch of some kind.
