Hi I am having problems with the camera when using my Logitech dual gamepad. The camera automatically defaults as though one is looking upwards from the ground. Also the z axis keeps twirling around. I tried using a program called Joy2key, but that did not help anything. I am playing the pc version of the game and my computer is using 64-bit Vista service pack 2. I am pretty frustrated because I really want to play this game.

i think you just need to try a new gamepad, it's probly something wrong with the pad or maybe it is not compatible with the game for some reason. if your game is working fine but it's just the controls that are not, then it might be the pad...try it with the mouse and keyboard just to see if it's the contollers fault if so you need a new gamepad.
