Hey guys!

Love AC and have been recently playing through it again. I'm a big counter attack fan and was wondering if there is any way to control which counter attack Altair performs.

My favourite is when he has the dagger equipped and cracks it down in the top of the skull of an enemy.

Does anyone know if there is a way to control what counter he does?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's a "special target" (like an assassination target) counter attacks usually won't kill.

Some counter attacks can be controlled, while others can't.

For example, if you counter a guard, and you see Altair punching the guard in the groin/stomach, and then you press the ATTACK button immediately (or just mash it over and over) you'll see Altair slam his sword into the guard's neck.

If you DON'T press the ATTACK button immediately, then you'll just see the guard fall to the ground, leaving the other guards to attack you.
