Hey .. i started playing assassins creed last night .. And im pretty stuck already .. i have killed my first betrayer and stuff and now i went to find this guy that told me he couldent let me putt hes mission on a risk so he would kill me (in some small room ) and then 4-6 guys surronds me and im screwed i have tryed to kill them over and over but i never gett more than 1 down i also tryed to climb the ladder and then the guy runs from me and i die .. what is the point of this Kill them all Run after the guy or what ?

oh and if noone had a clue where or what it is i think its in jerusalem .. first time im there

Yea sure -- im pretty sure its my 2 kill Yes .. I came in to a small room and talked to a guy that sended these guys on me .. He Has a bow he shoots whit when i run after him .. In jerusalem

And the worst part is the stupid xbox saved the game right after the 6 guards sorrunded me .. so no chance of escape rly

i went to jerusalem for the first time .. And the first thing i had to do was to beat up a guy for info after that to pickpocket .. then i got my permission to Kill the second target But He wouldent allow me to gett close .. the gate behind me closed and alot of guards sorrunded me .. i got 2 options here Kill the 5-7 guards which i tryed 40 times .. And to chase im up the ladder which also seems Very difficult .. what do i do ?

Ok now I remember which one you're talking about.

You go into a room then a cutscene as you are locked into that room right?

I know what you're talking about and the way I handled it was by defeating everyone who attacked me then chasing after the assassination target by climbing up the edges around to where he escaped up the ladder.

( I hope this is the one you are talking about )

I don't know if there is any other way to handle it other than;

1. Defeat everyone who attacks then chase the assassination target through the town.

2. Ignore attackers and chase after assassination target

3. Buy a strategy guide or check out...http://assassinscreed.us.ubi.com/help
They have video walkthroughs for every assassination mission.


If you keep getting killed by these guards just keep practicing. Adventually you will be flawless in fighting. Later on in the game you will end up fighting alot more people at once.

it is him im talking about i just guess i just at killing multiple targets .. im gonna practise some more .. its just hard whit 6 enemys and 4-5 health bars

Just hold down block and watch as they can't do any damage.

While blocking use your weapon hand to counter their strikes...if you kick them or knock them down just get closer and slash them as they are on the ground.

Try the short blade as well (I honestly don't see much of a differenc between the short blade and long blade other than kill animations)

It took me a couple days to get the hang of it. I've beat this game twice and I still havn't seen all the kill animations for some reason.

The walkthrough videos showed me a couple kill animations that I never see when I constantly play this game.

Your best bet to practice countering is in the tutorial arena outside of your masters quarters.

i just tryed once more like 20 times and im pretty sure its a mistake on the xbox 360 .. 10 sec into the fight 3 more guards comes down .. that will say i have to fight 6-9 guards standing in a cirkel around me .. and Yes they all Hit at the same time .. Its not possible to complete nomatter what you say .. i tryed to block and make combos .. they block it all .. its simply just badly made

You said yourself you started playing assassins creed last night.

You need to practice more. If you hold down block no one does any damage to you unless you are hit by arrows which usually hit guards anyway.

The game did not live up to the hype. It is too easy of a game with no difficulty setting.
Assassins creed was an appetizer in my opinion with the idea of a second one before they even released it. That's why it kinda sucks.

I play on the xbox as well and believe me... I died alot too before I got adept to the controls.

They do block it all. I know what you mean.

But guess what.. you can block it all too. Even if two people hit you at the same time you will block it all.

The best way to defeat them is to counter kill them.

Try pushing them into each other by grabbing them as well. Pushing helps alot. Get to high ground and throw them off of the ledge and watch them die. You can throw them into objects which can instantlly kill them as well.

Ok, dude, read what the others have already posted SEVERAL times now.

Hold down block, and when an enemy is about to attack you, press counter.

It ain't a problem with your XBOX360, stop blaming other people/things for your own mistakes ("its simply just badly made"). Just read and follow the instructions that people have posted.

Or just go on Youtube and see how others do it. It ain't that hard.

Hey man Im just goin to ask you this please no one call me a racist, is your target black with blackish clothes and a white pants? Are you in a jail? if so what I do there is I take out the enemies in that room and once you are clear go up the ladder there is an mark on your map that looks like an (X) so you need to follow that and do a blade fight which you at the is time may have difficulty with, or just jump assasinate him (run up behind him and press x while secret blade is selected)

Do a high profile assassination if possible.

If not, engage in a sword fight and be sure to step back when you need to, and counter when you need to.

If you counter and you see Altair punching or kicking or target to the ground, disable your "lock-on" on him and just run at him. Before he has a chance to stand up fully, switch to your blade and stab/kill him while he's on the ground.

Easy.
