I have been playing this game for ages and got to the mission where you have to kill a guy out on a boat. I killed him and then right away I climbed on to the edge of a boat to jump across to another one. Just before I jumped a guard pushed me and I fell off the edge and died. The problem is when the game reloads I am on the ledge and being pushed by the guard so before I have time to do anything I am killed again! Any ideas as to how/if I can get out of this?! Would going back to an earlier memory make any difference or do I need to replay to this point?

technicaly when you close the game and load back into it when you enter the animus you should load in the assassin buero thing as it always sends you back to a safe place.
