I mean characters,clouds, everything moves in fast forward. I had this game installed on my Vista ultimate but no problem at all. Yesterday I bought W7. Its 64 bit. I have q9400, 9800 gtx+, newest GPU drivers.

it could be a driver problem, windows 7 is showing a lot of problems in recent games including games running too fast and frame rates that are terrible. my advice would be to go back to vista it's more stable for gaming and preforms exactly the same as windows 7 in real world tests (vista actually runs better than win 7 in some situations)

this is the reason you shouldn't listen to hype as you could end up buying something that is worse than what you have or pretty much identical.

it's a possibility it could be solved with upcoming drivers it is also a possibility it is a problem within windows 7 (it only uses a very slightly modified version of the vista drivers) as a lot of games are seeing performance problems under windows 7. another big one taking a hit is crysis with about a 20-40% drop in FPS on win 7 compared to vista.

it is never a good idea to jump on a new OS as soon as it comes out especially one made in such a short time that is basically just the old OS with option ripped out of it leaving massive holes in the code.
