well, I tried to find some information about my problem and this is my last hope.

The thing is that my portable pc has the requirements for playing this amazing game.

Two core processors 2.4 ghz, nvidia geforce 8400M GT GPU 256 MB dedicated memory, 1028MB max.

2 GB RAM

I play on windows vista.
The problem is that when i try to play the game with 1024 X 768 59 GHz resolution, graphics 3/4 and details 3/4, the voices dont match with the videos and the graphics.
I'm desesperated, because I've made a lot of tests to my pc and its totally compatible with the game.

maybe its caused because i'm playing on Vista and part of the Ram Memory is used by the OS???
or may it be caused because i don't have the latest drivers of my graphic card and my audio hardware.

Help please, this is my last hope Frown

PS: my audio hardware is Sigmatel High Definition Audio Codec

sorry about my english, i know its terrible :S

Hello jsanchezgil. Be happy the game runs, because laptops officially are not supported (as the system requirements list on the game's box informs) and not recommendable to run demanding DX9/10 games like AC.

Without seeing your dxdiag (you should have posted it), i can only recommend you the following:

1. To solve your asynchronicity problem, try:

dxdiag
click OK
On the "Sound" tab, move the slider to the left for 'basic' or 'no hardware acceleration'.

2. You only have 2 GB RAM, for Vista that is minimal especially when you want to run games. So, expand and fix the paging file to 4096 min and max.

How to set your virtual memory in Windows Vista:
- Right-click "Computer" > Properties. Under 'Tasks' select Advanced system settings > Continue > tab "Advanced" > under Performance, click button "Settings" > tab "Advanced" > Virtual memory > "Change..."
- In both the minimum and maximum spaces enter “4096” (without the quotes)
- To validate this modification, click on the “Set” and then on the “OK” button to close the box
- You must reboot your PC for these changes to take effect.

3. Defragment! Auslogics (freeware).

4. Lower the ingame graphics settings, they are easily too high for your mobile card. No shadows, no postprocessing.

Maybe you also need driver updates, but as said i'd need to see your dxdiag for that.
Maybe the steps above did already fix your problem.
