Hey,
I'm using a "HP-pavilion dv6700 laptop pc"
It has a GEforce 7150M Direct X 10
AMD Turion duel core with 2.00 GHz
3GB ram and windows vista (insert scorn here)
with the 32 bit OP... I get awful frame rates!
why? I have tried the direct X 10 and 9 versions and have turned all graphics to 1 and rez to 600X800 but still get a ton of lag it is unplayable.

I use to think I was a geek...than I came here.

It designates it as mobile version of the GPU, and it does make a difference.

I'm using a BFGTech 8800GTS 512.

It's the sweetest card I've ever owned. Even the stock cooler is good. I was running at 1600x1200 with no AA (none allowed at that res).

After a bit of experimenting, I decided to go with 1280x960 at 4XAA. The AA makes the game look excellent and the lower res boosts the frame rate to the 60-90 range.

Even though my LCD's native res is 1600x1200, for some odd reason, 1280x960 looks great as well. Maybe cuz it's the same ratio?

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT but the game won't work.

I'll try with a GeForce 9800 GX2 in few days.

2x 256mb 7900GS SLI... with AMD 5600+ (dual core) @ 2.8GHz, and 4GB 800MHz ram... on a foxconn c51x

My x86 OS means I only get 2.8gb registering for the OS, but I have 1.4gb graphics memory :P

Never have any framerate issues... Big Grin

so... i've seen alot of ati radeon hd 3870's and 3870's X2 also some 3850's and 2900 xt's but no ati radeon hd3650 overclocked 1gb edition. Is that graphics card not good for gaming or is it somewhat decent... cuz that's the one I own :\ and haven't seen anybody saying they are using it.. but whenever I checked it with system can you run it requirements I basically are up to par with recomended except the only thing lacking is that I have a pentium D instead of pentium core 2 duo.
