Yea i'm getting the same problem as a lot of other ppl with a white screen and once it loads to a level its dark and misty and you can't see any charcters walking around. I've updated to SP1 for vista and tied to update my laptops drivers with mobility modder any suggestions would be appreciated

There's actually a newer video driver than the one you're using on the Toshiba site :- Toshiba ATI Video Driver.

And have you tried running the game from the Dx9 exe, on a laptop with that video chip, you'll get better performance.
