completed the challenge ie knocked down the stands went back to the informer as told couldn`t lock on to him to get the info, Help please.

I can't get past this part. Not for the same reason as you though. I don't know how to complete the thing. I go and knock down two merchant stands and then try to loose all the guards but I can't. Can you tell me what I need to do to get by that part?
