will the AC2 special black edition for sale in the UK work on my PC in the USA? I am not very tech savvy, please help!

the main game should but the extra DVD probably wont as it will most likely be region locked to the UK.

Do you know if the console version will? Am guessing that they are both set to work on PAL. I hope for a X360 Black Edit. that would work in the US but dont think it will.

the 360 heavily uses region coding so chances are the Euro game wont work in an American 360.

the PS3 however does not use region coding for the games but the region coding on the extra disc would still be a problem.

also in Europe it seems the only place still selling black is play.com and they only ship to certain countries in Europe and they are sold out on the 360.

Figures, I have my pre order for the PS3 already.

if you live in North America you can preorder at any GameStop.

Well... GameStop told me they were getting the Black edition for preorder and i paid 89$ canadian.

i'm pretty sure we have it.

they lied to you that's the master edition, that's the American version of the special edition and they are selling the master edition for around that price.
