Whenever I try to play a game on Ubi.com with my friend, he gets kicked with the message "the host has canceled the game" etc. It's weird, though. Sometimes he can join for about 30 seconds before it kicks him, sometimes it kicks him instantly. Even if we manage to start the game, he gets disconnected once we're in. Please help as we just shelled out a bunch of money specifically to play this game online together and it's now proving to be useless.

I've got the same problem. Sometime I can play an entire battle, but most of the time we are both disconnected. My friend doesn't have the problem when he plays with other players. I thought it was because I'm playing on a MacBook with bootcamp but not sure at all.
My game is the collector edition with the last patches, and the games runs perfectly when I play alone.
Now I try to change settings of my internet wifi box, but without succes until yet...
Please, anyone has an idea ?
