Hi, I've done everything i'm suppose to, i created an account to play on Heroes 5 and when even i enter in the username/password, it says logging in but then it goes right back to the multiplayer options: Ubi.com, Lan/Direct IP, and Hotseat. What is wrong?

I have the same problems and I've updated everything. I try to log in it says logging in then boots me back to multiplayer menu.

I myself used the key that steam told me to use, and I am having the same issue. I am trying to use this account that i am posting with with my steam installation and created it right after purchasing and downloading the games.
