how can i get mm8 to recognize vista?

I am actually playing mm8 on my vista laptop. I do not remember doing anything special, but if you are having difficulty tell it to use the compatability mode, Win 98 should do the trick. Now I am using the 32-bit version of vista, if you have the 64-bit version that might be the problem as that has issues with several games in the MM universe.
