Hey i've got a problem with online playing\patching the game...
I have seen every topic about this problem but i cant find a way to fix it.
I've got the Heroes of might and magic V original PC DVD ROM version from the shop, i got a special cd key for playing online.
but when i try to patch it says the game isn't installed on my PC, and on the multiplayer when i log with my account it goes back to the game options (hot seat, local, ubi act...)
Please help me...

Hey again guys, well i solved my problem alone...
For those who has similar bug\problem as mine, and he\she cant fix it i offer to look here :

And check every patch possible, for me it was the EU patch that you cant find on the Update page in the site.
