I am trying to play Heroes of Might and Magic 5 Collectors Edition, which I purchased from Direct2Drive. I had it on my Home PC and it activated just fine, but when I lost my harddrive I decided to load it onto my laptop and now the activation code doesn't work. I tried clicking the http://support.ubi.com link found on the activation window and it takes me to the support site. I log in and go to the ask a question, it asks me to log in again.. When I attempt to log in again it gives me "
The site encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later or contact us if the problem persists.
"
But when I try to contact, it sends me in an endless loop of error>contact>error>contact
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Anyone know anything about this??? I still cannot contact any tech support from Ubisoft... As you can see, I can log onto the message boards but not to "Ask a question".

You can try sending an E-mail to: support@ubisoft.com

I don't know if they will reply because they told me not to reply to directly to their E-mails.

But if the site is down, desperate times call for desperate measures.
