i bought a new computer with Windows Vista, my questions are:
1) will HoMM V work on Vista?
2) If no...there is some patch do it?
3) If the HoMM won't work so the HoMM ToE?

They do work on Vista but only if your computer is capable of running it.

It seems Heroes 3-5, and MM 6-9 all run on the 32-bit version of Vista. The earlier ones may but some may also require DOSBox. The 64-bit Vista has capatibiliy issues with several of them.
