Hello,

My friend and I just bought gold editions of HOMM V and we are trying to play on ubi.com without success.

Each time one of us creates a game, when the other tries joining he sees a message saying "Gathering information about the game" (during about 10 sec) and then it says "the host has left the game" (in reality, the host is still there but the guy trying to join is kicked out of the game).

We has disactivated our firewalls and we do not know what else we should do... anybody has had the same problem and could help?
