when i get the game running, then click campain and load the game...then when it says loading and a bar at bottom fills up, I get "SEND ERROR or DON'T SEND ERROR" pop-up!!!and i can't play it some one help please!!!

I have the same exact problem, except it just says it has stopped working. I'm running vista. Sorry to piggyback your post!

First make sure you have directx version 9.0c installed then run the game in compatibilty mode such as winxp, win2000, or win98.

Same problem for me. Direct X is installed. What is this compatibility mode and how to run it?

ya...i just got DirectX 9.0 which is the latest version, and i got windows XP

Well, it was "easy" to fix. Only to install all patches. After that the game started. Only due to help of forum people I could find how to isntall these patches, it looks like ubi.com don't care to explain peopel how to do it.
And most sad of all these: the game do not worth the work and time spent on installations . It is pathetically bad compared to versions III and IV. Every picture, every detail was made beatiful in III, made by real masters of art and design. Version V has ugly design, wrong proportions , no art at all in any detail. Shame on authors of this version who have not invented anything interesting and could not learn good things from older versions.

How did you fix it? i also tried reinstalling it, but for some reason it don't tell me to put in disk 3 eather!

I have one DVD, problem was crash with start of any campaign. They have set of patches which need to be installed before the game start to work properly.

What DVD is that?
