Recently got to the last mission of the Ranger campaign and killed Nicolai, after viewing the animation and seeing the mission completed message there was no advance into the next campaign. In fact all previous campaign availability has disappeared! Weird because save game files are still available but logging out of previous games only allows first campaign. Help!!!!
