helo to everyone , i need help , can someone please give me online key for heroes of might and magic tribes of the east, please i want to play online but i can't because i don't have it, please, anyone to give me online key.

We can't give you our keys, your key is in or on your manual.

Retail = Back cover of Manual

Digital Download = In confirmation email

Iam having same trouble. when trying to set up online game they ask me for online key. when I entered the key on back of manual it rejected it. Yet itseems to be the install key

I had problems getting the multiplayer to work on vista. Even after opening the proper firewall ports on my router and disabling windows firewall, I kept getting an error about key validation failed with error code 8.22.2.

I saw a post on the Electronic Arts support web site that got me thinking that even though the Windows Vista firewall was disabled it might still be causing problems so I tried adding the Heroes executable to the list of exceptions and it seems like it fixed the problem!

Start->Search for Firewall->Run the Windows Firewall (the simpler one, not the one with Advanced Security)->Change Settings->Exceptions tab->Add program->Browse->navigate to the Heroes 5 install folder->select H5_Game.exe->Open
