I've got SERIOUS lag during gameplay, graphics look good, vids load properly, but when it comes to actual movement, buidling or anything after the main screen its SUPER slow, i've defragged, cleaned registry, spyware scans, virus scans blah blah blah, i'm VERY anal about keeping my comp clean and yet i even run a "game Booster" to close out excess programs that MIGHT bog it down alittle, i've played HOMM since the 2nd one, loved it ever since, ANY and ALL help would be a great help....
And before you ask, yes, i've updated to 1.6, before it wouldnt even load, but i've worked that out and now i'm stuck once again...
