I just bought HOMM V off STEAM and the textures are totally washed out! I've seen some posts on here and other places that talk about it but how do you fix this? Ridiculous to buy a game and you can't even play it properly? It seems that this has been a problem for quite a few people based on the searches I've done but no real OFFICIAL fix for it? How can that be? I saw one guys solution was to play it for 15-30 minutes and it will clear up? (that's a ridiculous fix)

There are about 8 million threads with the nvidia washed out textures problem. One of them should contain something to try. You will have to be proactive.

Yeah ive tried like 3 or 4 of the fixes i've found here and none of them work at all. I dont get how such a large problem just goes unnoticed / ignored by ubisoft / nvidia? I mean people pay good money for these games and they can't even play it. It's ridiculous. I'm rly at a loss as to what else I can do.
