This instance wasn't against another warlock, but I WAS the warlock. So since I remained the SOURCE of the spell, my own spell resistance breaker dealt dammage to my own magic immune black dragons. I saved the replay to watch it again.

Irresistible spells pierces the resistance/protection of any target, if you try armageddon with a warlock it will still hit your blackies. You'd expect warlocks would avoid using that on their units, maybe they can't contain their destructive powers?
