When I click to install the game on the menue that pops up when the disk is put in, the computer wants to UNinstall the game.

I let it do that once just for kicks but it still wants to uninstall the game.
I have tried deleting the Heroes V stuff from running regedit and I have tried deleting all ubisoft folders from running C:\program files. But the bin folder wont let me delete for some reason.

I have played the game fine before I uninstalled it.
