i've installed the complete edition of HoMM
but when i play i have another walking cursor (unicorn instead of the brown horse)
and when i play the custom game The Falcon's Last Flight. i supposed to be that demon-female character but i see that hulk boy with that axe as model but the characters portait is what it should be.

is this normal?
