So I just got this game and am having trouble playing it online. I have an account, but everytime I try and log onto the mutliplayer it says Logging in then kicks me back to the main menu screen... What should I do?

To play online you will have to enter in the online CD key that is located on the back of the manual. If you are still having issues logging in like timing out or connection errors you will want to make sure that you have the proper ports open on your router.

The following ports need to be open in your router or firewall, in order to play this game online:

Ports:

6668 [TCP]
40000 to 42999 [TCP]
44000 [UDP]
45000 [UDP]
42500 [UDP]

8888 [UDP]

Please make sure that you have the latest firmware driver updates for your router from the manufacturers website.

I can not play on the internet. I can not join other servers and create your own. I know that you need to set the ports, but I do not know where they were set, and I do not know what the router and firewall, I do not know where they are, too. I have XP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I have to get a copy of the game from a store or download before i can play it? I thought it was set up like an online game called puzzle pirates. Is it or isn't it?
