Hi! This is my very first post on this board, and I really hope to find some answers on my probs.

I have just installed homm5 on my new computer (lap, LG E200, Vista Home) and it looked like it worked fine, untill I started to play. The game is so sloooow it can be comparable with a ****y webcam who takes like 7 pics per second! I prepared myself for the game would be slower than on others (like, my bro's) computer, but this.. This is just crazy! I just can't handle it!

How much memory do you have installed, as far as I know, the Radeon Xpress 1250 IGP in that Laptop uses system memory as graphics memory, so it's stealing resources from the CPU.

Well, I have 71 gb left to use, so I don't think that that is the problem, in this case.

I think BTOG meant How much RAM do you have not HD space or virtual memory.

Yes, and to make matters worse, not only does that mean that there is less for the CPU to use for running Windows and the Game, but system ram is a lot slower than dedicated graphics ram, so that results in lower performance than a laptop with a GPU with its own ram built in.
