i was wondering if anyone with spare time can make me a skin template of a p51 mustang(for pacific fighter) that looks line the red bull planes?

Could you post a pic of exactly what scheme you're wanting?

There's several P-51 templates available for download on several sites. I would think it shouldn't be too hard to find one you like (they mostly differ in bare metal layers, mechanical layers and weathering) and paint a layer or two to depict a Red Bull plane.
