Thanks to all of you for your comments. I'm glad you like it! Roll Eyes
2depalmer: yes, I'm currently working over some other I-16 skins... But it's truly hard to put those camo spots edges together Smash so it'll take some time...
2Browning: well, I don't have the late war VVS skins you asked, but I think vp_media made best of these, so...
Btw, I'll see if I can find the information you need on this matter. I'll have anything -- I'll PM you, O.K.?

Good luck to all,
Mangas.

Hello to all.

Here are my versions of some I-16 Type 10 (Spanish Civil War period):

1. I-16 Type 10 "CM-177" operated by the 4th Escuadrilla
while at Los Monjos, fall 1938. The pilot is unknown:

A little info about the plane is here:
http://usuarios.lycos.es/sanmarca/aviones-cm-177.htm

2. I-16 Type 10 "CM 225" operated by the 6th Escuadrilla,
Pach airfield, summer 1938. The pilot is probably Lt. Salvaredo:

A little info about the plane is here:
http://usuarios.lycos.es/SANMARCA/aviones-cm-225.htm

3. I-16 Type 10 manufactured by CASA, 1938:

*Couple of generic Spanish Civil War period skins included!

P.S.: My own template used, except for a few cowling elements
made by ZARGOS and detailed internals made by vp_media!
P.S. 2: This "camo spots" work on the CASA skin exhausted me completely Smash , so I decided to take some SH4 (or SC: DA) rest for a while... Roll Eyes

Get the SkinPack here (Fl.-L.):
http://www.flying-legends.net/php/downloads/download.php?id=6302

Hope you'll like the skins.

Regards,
Mangas.

The SCW skins are excellent mangas. Just wish you'd been around a couple of years ago when I was making my campaign about it. Nice work, keep it up. I loved the camo on the last I-16 you showed.

Thanks for your answers, guys! Smile
Hey, FlatSpinMan, did you ever think of re-working this Campaign? Oh, I'm sure you made the best of it couple of years ago, but I truly think that the ONLY map in this sim that resembles Spanish landscape good enough is Mongolian map that appeared a year (or so) ago... What do you think?

Regards,
Mangas.

Mangas the new SCW I-16's rock. Wonderful work. Really like the CM-177 one. The Spanish sure had colorful RATA's. It's not too late for Oleg to give us a real type 10 and 29 yet.

That's quite a good idea there Mangas. It is really the only dry, arid looking map (excluding full desert ones) we have. But it'd take too much time to redo now I'm afraid. Interesting thought though.

Thanks to your warm comments, guys...
We continue:
Here are my versions of some "Bertas":
1. Ju-87B-2 "6G + AC" of Stab II/StG 1,
Eastern Front, late 1944:

2. Ju-87R-2 "J9 + LL" of 3./StG 5,
Russia, March, 1943:

3. Ju-87B-2/Trop "S7 + KH" of 1./StG 3,
North Africa, early 1942:

3. Ju-87B-2/Trop "S1 + GL" of 3./StG 3,
Acroma/Libya, November, 1941:

(Note emblem on the cowling: perhaps 3./StG 3 was given some ex-1./StG 1 machines to cover combat losses)...

P.S.: All skins are based on a fine "B-2" template by Sparty.
Get the skins either here (Fl.-L.):
http://www.flying-legends.net/php/downloads/download.php?id=6347
Or here (M4T):
http://mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=3003

*Unmarked versions are also included.

Hope you'll like my work.
Actually, I made this "various camo types" SkinPack to satisfy multiply needs of mission/campaigns makers.

Now couple of days to rest, and after that -- a new big project, but I won't tell you any details (at least now)... Winky

My best regards,
Mangas.

Great skins as always Mangas! Clap... but I'm afraid the upper wing crosses are a bit off. Frown
You should have used the type with narrower white borders.Check out pic for comparison...

PS If these markings are game generated consider the comment never existent... Hammer
