Yes it is! All the credits go to Kristorf. I made this skin on one of his wonderful unmarked skins.

Familiar Indeed

Wow! Four artists in one upload..Java_Serval, Pavlac, Shooter, and Kristorf.. not bad. A little desaturation, a few copy-paste decal jobs, and you probably thought nobody would never know that it's based on this one: Kristorf's "Hurricane MkI FT-H/P3386 43 Sqn" http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads2&file=details&id=1588

No wonder you guys didn't put your names on it, or include a readme with credits to the original author/s. Not sure what the motive was to do this, but it certainly won't be going into my installation.. I've a lot more respect for the original artist's than that. Nice try though. '

My intention was to create a skin, take some screenshots and show it to Mr Elkington. He appreciated it a lot, and I was very happy. I thought: why not sharing this with you guys? Why not letting more people know who Tim Elkington is? I made a mistake, for this time I forgot about the credits, but we talked about this with Kristorf. I apologized, and corrected my mistake. He had a very mature and civilized approach. And now here's what I get. Well, I don't think I'll spend long hours in front of my computer in the future, trying to improve this sim, just a little bit, with my very limited capabilities, for YOU guys.

Yours,
Greg the who's chasing unmerited fame in a virtual world among people he doesn't even know. - some goal, isn't it?

Well don't let the door hit 'ya on the way out mate; perhaps you should try fake IDs or something. You think you can just grab other peoples' work, modify it to your liking, and post it to the world? And by the way, there were no credits whatsoever when I rendered the "restrained" version of my review. Apologies after the fact make you no less guilty, you simply got caught that's all. So now I'm supposed to be the bad guy becuase I stepped forward and said something about it? Whatever dude, I still have my integrity; which is more than I say for yours these days.

And btw; I'm all about honoring our veterans, but not when it involves using other peoples' work without their permission.. there is a term we have for that you know.

Well well, annoying isnt it when someone borrows, miscredits, fails to credit or waters down the credit eh Kris?

Dont see me rushing to leave a 5 star well done comment at the download tho?

@ Greg, you should have downloaded my Hurri Template mate and avoided this, as the unmarked skin you altered is no different to what the template would have produced with virtually no input, Just add decals, you would have had EXACTLY the same result...
