Hi Pals, Please give me the Cheat Code to Unlock all the Levels in this Game...Im UNABLE to Kill or Damage CROW and Proceed further in the Game..Im bugged up with this...
tilde (~) to open console. Then "\map mapname" (no quotes) then hit return be sure to use the backslash not forward slash. "mapname is the name of the level you want to start. The level names are in the ..\farcry\levels folder. The level after boat is "catacombs"
Yep, type the above command (\map catacombs) then Enter. And another thing, although you can easily unlock ALL levels by using a -Devmode switch added to the target line of the shortcut, it's NOT advisable to play using Devmode as it can cause strange things to happen.
Just hit the Tilde key (~), while at the game's main menu. It's above tab and to the left of 1 on a standard English keyboard.
There will be a screen with text on it that drops down from the top half way. Type the command, then hit Enter, then close the console by hitting Tilde again.
Your health, armor, and weapon loadout will not carry over when you skip to a level though. When you use the \map command you get a default predetermined loadout and health/armor status for each level.

I played river with the \map command and yeah you don't start with a sniper rifle which makes things much tougher. Does anyone know what difficulty it goes to when you just use the \map command. Playing the levels on an individual basis adds a new dimension without the sniper rifle - makes it much tougher and also adds replayability since you have to do the level differently.
Of the dozen or more times I have played this level, I don't think I have ever played River with a sniper rifle (well, maybe once). The OICW and MP5 along with a patrol boat's guns and rockets are enough firepower. I have even done it with just a pistol and I think someone has done it with just the knife.
BTW, The standard loadout is M4, Machete and Pistol. The difficulty does not change from where it was set.

I got an MP5 (silenced mg) at the start of River.
What do you mean does not change from where it was set? I started the game and immediately started up River - I never set the difficulty. I suppose it was the game default that was used - next to easiest level.
I think he means if you have to use the map skip cheat after getting stuck in a previous level the difficulty level you were on remains the same. Only your loadout and health/armor stats will change to that of the default predetermined ones for that level.
