When i go to sign in to far cry and it goes to connecting to ubi.com it just stays at that is there a reason for this? or is it just my bad luck :P

Its because you have not loaded the latest patch for Far Cry.

Also i have an integrated graphics card so 1/2 the textures like grass and water are all just black so is there anything i can download for that?

No sorry, Integrated graphics chips are not powerful enough to run the game.

Its not that there are no drivers. The graphics chip itself is not powerful enough to run the game. You need a separate video card.

For your info, the ATI X1650 (AGP 8X interface) is pretty cheap at the moment, it also comes with 512mb ram, easily enough for FC (though your CPU and memory are also a factor in gaming performance).
