Anyway, I got the mod to load, the server loads, and it shows the mod on connect. Now, where is the section where I change things like Stamina, Run speed, gravity, and stuff like that. Is that in the Scripts6.pak or is that somewhere else?
Most of the GLSSM was merged into patch 1.4. You can see the list of commands in your Far Cry subdirectory \Support\Manual\Server_Command_Table.pdf
Since you're going to be running patch 1.33, use GLSSM v3.8. 3.9 is for patch 1.4 and my UnOfficial 1.41. You can grab the .pak file and manual here.

The only two settings I cant seem to find are the boat speed settings, and either boat gravity, or player gravity, I dont know exactly what I'm supposed to be looking for as far as gravity. Are there boat speed settings in version 3.8?
Also, If I update my server to 1.41 will earlier versions be able to connect?
I've been using godlike 3.9 on my server and i prefer it over xtv3 for various reasons. One thing i am missing though. I cannot get the autorespawn OFF within TDM. It works in FFA - i.e. someone dies and they only respawn when mouse clicking. BUT not in TDM!! i know it should be able to do it, as i've seen 3.8 with tdm autospawn off - unless 3.9 you can't?? i can't see any comand line i've missed either. help be appreciated from anyone as to why, cheers david
Looks like no one cares about godlike anymore! it is pretty basic 3.9 pak file anyhow....and what was merged into 1.4 from 3.9...well some works....some just plain doesn't!!! so i've resorted to modifying XTV3 to do what i think xt should've done from start...well definitely in tdm/ffa which is what i am into. i was by the looks of it, the only proper 24/7 big tdm server using gl3.9, but not now - only other server i seen use it is some usa server i cannot play on being in europe. and i don't do assualt in fc. i've taken xtv3's pak - opened up the relavent lua files and adding boat speed adjuster code, PROPER WORKING ammo control within lua for nade launchers/sniper/main assualt ammo & rockets (and that includes reserve AND what is in main clip when u pick up a gun - something xt can't do in ffa/tdm Removed that daft INSTANT firing rubbish to control only either on or off firing ... "***** tried firing his noobish ..." rubbish we all know and tired of reading. Thing is IF u want some rocket or nade fire XT made it so it fired instantly without scoping and hold delay - which is STUPID in practice.... i've been in big matches with em on in an XT server and its a complete joke for it!!...IF u want only the odd standard firing rocket in a match u can't do that with xt. i removed that system and now i can control both parameters for ammo in rockets, same as i can do with oicwnades and ag36nades i've left with a mear one in clip - i like having just 1 for emergencies at times, but i can still remove that if wanted
....hell i can even run say 5 rockets in clip instead of 1 at a time now...so no reload between rocket firing - but that is silly and not what i am about in customising my own server ssm now. Open up the code and observe how the code works, compare what xt & godlike changes over the standard script files and give it a go yourself while FC is still alive.. before Crysis turns up...its straight forward...ish!
