Hey everyone!

Had a great vacation earlier this year, only to come home to realize my gaming machine has been stolen. Evidently, the relative who watched our house decided to have some friends over. A bottle of Vodka later and the next thing we know, the entire machine was taken. The bummer is, I was so close to locking the PC up in the trunk of my car - which was locked in the garage, before we left. Ugh!

At any rate, I am replacing the machine with an AMD X2 5200+ with 2 GB RAM, 2 x 320 GB SATA drives, eVGA 8800 GTS. I am building the machine myself, which is pretty close to my original machine.

My question to everyone here is if I should install Windows XP 32-bit or 64-bit? I bought the 64-bit about a year ago, but never installed it on my last machine, due to the lack of drivers. Since I am doing the fresh install, I wonder if it's worth it to do the install now?

Not really ready for Vista yet, since I hear about issues with some FPS not working completely with Vista yet.

Your thoughts?

Thanks!
jv

I'm running WinXP 64 bit Service Pack Two. No significant problems with drivers to repotr from my end. All my games run just fine.
