I cant turn my graphics up on high when ever I do my surroundings get very bright and it looks like ****. I have a 3GHZ Processer 256 Nvidia 7100gs graphics card and 1gb of memory. And I know for a fact that it can run on high because my computer reccomends it to run on high everything is just so bright. How do i fix it? Oh and i downloaded the most recent patch.

There is NO way 7100GS will run it on high, sorry dude
 .6800 or x800 minimum for those settings |
