Multiplayer maps are found inside folders you install or unzip in your levels folder.
Make sure the name and version number of the map folder in the levels folder matches exactly the name of the map you are wanting to play. There might be several versions of the same map and you need to be running the same one that is on the server.
Sometime when unzipping the map.exe file, the folder gets embedded inside a duplicate folder name. so you might get something like: ..\farcry\levels\mapname\mapname\files if that happens, you need to pull the files out of the extra folder so it looks like this: ..\farcry\levels\mapname\files

Most of the time yes. There are a few cases where you might have the same name map but a different version. That might happen if you downloaded a single map but the server is using a map from one of the mappacks.
