Hello. I am a big time Far Cry 360 addict and am considering buying the PC game for my new laptop. I'm not a map maker and only really want to play online against other gamers. Since this game is 3 years old is it worth it to buy for only online play and will it work ok on Vista?

It will work on Vista. Online servers are not as well populated as many other games but you can always find a game or two.
Far Cry costs $9.99 so you can't really go wrong giving it a shot.
I would be most worried about whether it will run well enough on a laptop. You will need a good graphics solution.

Thanks for the help. My card is NVIDIA G Force Go 6150 it says. Is that ok?

I did a little research on that card and it says you can expect a 3DMark03 score of about 1200.
For comparison, my pentium 4 computer with 9800 pro had a score of 6600 points.

I am not saying it will not work, but I would expect low end graphics. Maybe good enough for online since you can turn down the graphics to get better framerates online.
