You're right about games keeping you young, though. My Father gave me some sage advice when I was younger, "Don't let your Inner Child die, Son. Once you do, you're OLD!"

I can confirm that my Inner Child is still very much alive, plays Far Cry till the wee hours, and has a sense of humour and tongue-in-cheek fun that gets my wrist slapped occasionally by "certain" mods on this forum!
