On Sony notebook under Windows Vista the game runs normally (with or without any patches, any mods, etc). But the "~" key does not work at all, though it works normally in any other programmes.
Is there any other way to run console?
(Please, note, I am not expecting replies like "it happens on some notebooks / under Vista").
