When actually up on the main floor, keep walking around until you find a white door that you can open.

How do you get to the fuse box or upstairs? I can see the fuse box through the fence but can't figure out how to get around. I've gone into the rooms too, got the manual, etc. but seem to go in circles. I finally found a ramp but it took me down instead of up. At one point I heard people talking but then I couldn't remember where I heard it.

Go to the top of the ramp and face down it. Turn to your right until you hit the wall and go left. Keep going straight and you'll get to the fuse box/panel. |
