hi ive just got to the point where hurley said head for the hatch and follow black flags.i cant find any black flags or any new path ways just the hatch door the water and waterfall to the door that needs blowing please can any one help me thanks.

At the begining of that area (where that actual hatch is), go to your left to find two flags. One red, and one black. Examine the black one and it should take you to the "Dark Territory".

i looked at the black flag, it says 'who put that there?' etc etc. i went back to the beach, hurley mentioned the dark territory, nothing about black flags and im stuck because i cant walk anywhere outside the normal area. only back to the hatch and back to the beach.

Make sure you've talked to Hurley and asked him all the possible conversation questions, then go back to the hatch. Now when you go to the black flag you should have two options, first is Examine the flag, and the other is Activate the flag. It won't let you Activate the flag until you've completed talking to Hurley, then you can follow the flag just like the other markers in the jungle you've followed.

well isaw the flag, talked to hurley who mentions that rossoue (sp?) was in the dark territory, i went back the flag and the same thing happens.
iv started the episode from the last point i could, so. i'll do it again and hope it works.

ino how to do it you have go under the waterfall oppisite the swan hatch doors then whern you find the door under there u can go

Was just about to say that. You can't go to the Black Rock until you have a need to find the dynamite there. You have to find the hidden hatch door under the waterfall, near the swan hatch doors where you meet Sayid. Then your quest book will be updated saying you need to find a way to open the sealed hatch door.

No it's not a PC bug, I'm playing on PC as well. The pathway behind the waterfall is quite hidden, you probably haven't found it. There's also more than on waterfall if I'm not mistaken in that area by the swan hatch. Keep searching and you should find it, once you find the hidden pathway just follow it to the end and you should be able to see what happens next.

it is the farthest waterfall and once you get there it will update your journal and you will have to go to blackrock to get dynamite to open door and will need a gun. There is a member saggdog7 that has posted a lot of videos which help.
